Peyton completed undergrad at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning.

Following undergrad, he moved to Indonesia for a year where he completed a Master of Sustainable Design degree (MSD) through University of Florida while pursuing research on vernacular bamboo applications for sustainable development.

From here, Peyton moved back to the states to attend University of Miami where he earned a Master of Architecture degree (M.Arch) as well as a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism degree (M.RED+U). While at UM, he studied housing and Italian rationalism in Rome as well as contemporary architecture in Switzerland.

Peyton also enjoys the outdoors, travelling (40+ countries visited), home projects, dogs, and spending time with his family and friends.
