Charlotte graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture in her home state of Virginia. She grew up on a picturesque and remote farm in the rural Virginia countryside. During her studies, she was able to spend two semesters studying abroad in Braunschweig, Germany, at the Technische Universitaet Braunschweig. This more urban experience allowed her to evaluate and appreciate a breadth of architectural types, from the country farmhouse to European ideologies.

In her spare time, Charlotte spends every moment possible outdoors in the stunning Jackson Hole and surrounding Wyoming landscapes. She explores the wilderness by backpacking and trail running as much as possible, and slowly learning to ski.
