Set in the mountainside community of Tuxedo Park, this lakefront vacation home was completely renovated to maximize the expansion of indoor living spaces into the scenic outdoors. A previously unfinished lower level walk out was finished with multiple entertaining spaces, a billiards room, guest bedroom and bunk room suites, and a walk-in wine room. The exterior porches and terraces were completely rebuilt to have greater year-round use with retracting insect screens, a sunken spa, and a complete landscape makeover.
