Court Tennis Court

Chicago, Illinois

The centuries old game of court tennis, the original game of racquet and ball, is played on an unusual court of high-strength plaster surfaces, wood roof penthouses and specific window openings lined in netting.  Currently, there are 11 active courts in the country and 43 throughout the world.  This private court in Chicago, originally constructed in 1924, is now restored to its original glory for the game of court tennis.
