Currently in construction, this new family homestead is located on a secluded lot in the rolling hills of eastern Iowa. The scope of work includes a new single family home, barn and a series of utility buildings organized around a central work court. Designed for a growing family of six, the complex is nestled into a steep hillside and adopts elements of the local farm vernacular. Completion is scheduled for Fall of 2013.
Northworks recently completed renovations and additions to this secluded Lake Forest estate set within the historic Green Bay Road corridor. Pool equipment, changing rooms and a small bath are hidden within the new pavilion built for casual summer entertaining.
